Leo
Leo came to us from a local humane society as a stray. From the looks of his coat and his overall condition from flea allergies, he wasn't an inside dog and he had not been properly cared for. Leo has been groomed, treated for his fleas, given medication for his ears and eyes and is responding beautifully! His foster home has older children that he loves, a cat he has little interest in and three other dogs that he gets along well with. He is enjoying sleeping and living as in inside dog. He eats well and is housebroken. He does well on a lead and in the car. We're guessing that Leo is between 6 and 7 years of age - in other words, he's got a lot of loving collie years left to give just the right new guardian. Leo will have to be watched closely to see that he never has to deal with fleas ever again! That's not such a difficult thing to do for him in exchange for his love, devotion and companionship.
